Over the past 5 years, Five D's Communications has sold telephone service for several different companies. But with each compnay we represented we felt the customer was not getting the service they deserved. In late 2006 we decided to stop selling service for others and become our own phone company. In early 2007 we became a CLEC in Kentucky meaning we can sell our own phone serivce in the BellSouth and Windstream areas of Kentucky.
One of the ways we have tried to make our service better for the customer is by offering more flexible ways for them to pay. They can pay by:
- Cash or Check at our office
- Check or Money order mailed to our office
- Pay online using a credit card or debit card
- call toll-free payment hotline using credit card or debit card
- Pay using MoneyGram at any Wal-mart (there is a charge for this service)
- Pay using a GreenDot MoneyPak available at most pharmacies (there is a charge for this service)
